This Privacy Policy explains how EMPIRE TRADING CO PTY LTD (“Company”, “Empire”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information in connection with its operation of the Empire Crypto Trading platform, including its website, mobile applications, educational content, community features, live events, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
Empire Crypto Trading is an educational and social media platform designed to provide learning resources, community interaction, and access to educational content relating to cryptocurrency and digital assets. We are not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, custodian, wallet provider, or financial services provider, and we do not execute trades or hold user funds.
We are committed to protecting personal information and handling it in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and, where applicable, international data protection laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5.3 Community, Messaging, and Live Content
The Platform includes social and community features. As a result:
- (a) member names appear as entered by members themselves;
- (b) posts, comments, reactions, and messages may be visible to other users depending on privacy settings; and
- (c) live calls, webinars, and community sessions may be recorded, which may capture participant names, voices, images, chat messages, or other interactions.
By participating in these features, you acknowledge that such information may be visible to others and may be recorded and used for Platform operations, moderation, quality assurance, training, and marketing purposes, including the creation of promotional or educational materials, provided such usedoes not misrepresent you or imply financial outcomes or endorsements.
5.4 Third-Party Collected Information
Some personal information is collected by third-party service providers on our behalf, including but not limited to payment processors such as Stripe, authentication providers such as Clerk, email marketing and CRM platforms, advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta and Google, and video hosting, streaming, or conferencing providers used for live calls and recordings.
These third-party providers process personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies and contractual obligations with us.
We use personal information for purposes including:
- (a) operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform;
- (b) providing educational content, community features, and member services;
